Abstract	With a view to further prospective explorations related to the implementation of such scientific and practical tasks as the development of an integral system of the means for judicial protection of proprietary rights and interests and an efficient mechanism of their protection, the recent scientific studies on vindicatory protection have been reviewed and the subject matters upon which they were centered have been streamlined.
